Q: Warranties

All parts sold by us are warranted against defects in material and workmanship either by the original manufacturer or Distributed by TD Motion for the specified term. This warranty does not cover installation or consequential labor, failure resulting from improper installation, failure of a related component, or failure resulting from abuse or commercial or racing usage. Our liability is limited to the cost of the original component.

We reserve the right to replace or repair defective merchandise, or refund the purchase price, at our discretion.

Q: Return Policy

All Returned Parts must have a Return Authorization Number (RA #) clearly marked on the outside of the box and must be shipped pre-paid in original condition. Obtain this Return Authorization Number from your salesperson before returning any parts to us. You must include the Return Authorization Number with the returned part, in order to receive proper credit for the returned merchandise. No collect shipments will be accepted. Please insure the returned parts for full value to protect yourself against loss. All truck freight returns must be authorized in advance.

Returned Parts may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No Returns on special order items this includes Engines and Transmissions.

Unauthorized returns (i.e. returns not having an RA#) will be refused.

We will not accept any returns after thirty (30) days from date of purchase.

Q: The following Parts are Not Returnable

  • Used Parts. All used part sales are final.
  • Electrical Parts.
  • Special Order Parts -that include Engines and Transmissions.
  • Any Parts which have been installed, marked, plugged-in, etc.
  • Workshop Manuals.

Q: Special Order Items

Special Order items require a minimum of 50% non-refundable deposit. There will be a 20% charge on any cancellation of all Special Order Engines within 5 days of placing order, including transmission products.  In the event the remaining balance of payment on a Special order item is not received within 90 days of completion it is subject to a 25% retention of the initial Deposit.

Q: Core Returns

Cores for rebuilt parts must be returned in original boxes. All cores must be complete, drained, fully assembled, and without damage to receive full core credit. Adjustments will be made for cores that are incomplete, incorrect, damaged, or in non-repairable condition. Orders which include a core charge will have an RA # included in the enclosed paperwork.

Please allow thirty (30)days from the date we receive your core to process your credit.

There will be a core charge on all rebuilt items–No Exceptions! This is necessary to insure core returns. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returned cores. Core charges will be credited or refunded only after it has been determined that the core is complete and is rebuildable. Any defective core will be credited accordingly.

Q: Refused Orders

Freight charges, both ways plus a 20% restocking fee will be charged on any refused shipments for any unauthorized reason.

Q: Back Orders

If there is to be any delay in filling your order, you will be notified. Back Orders will be held for 60 days. All Back Orders will be shipped within 60 days or cancelled. If you do not want us to ship Back Orders, we must be notified immediately or you will be subject to our returns policy on merchandise returned.

Q: Damage/Claims/Shipping/Shortages

CHECK ALL SHIPMENTS BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR THEM

Should your order arrive in a damaged condition, check contents in the presence of the carrier. Claims for shortage or error in shipment must be made within 2 days of receipt of goods. Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made by the consignee directly with carrier.  Refused delivery does not merit a refund,  TD Motion reserves the right to repair or replace the damaged freight.  This does not recuse the customer from getting a full refund.

Refused Shipments & Freight Damage Policy

Refused shipments are not eligible for automatic refund. A customer may not refuse delivery to obtain a full refund.

If a shipment arrives damaged, the customer must provide TD Motion and/or the manufacturer the opportunity to inspect, repair, or replace the damaged item under warranty or through the freight carrier’s claim process.

Freight damage does not void the sales contract and does not entitle the customer to cancel or reject a Special Order for a full refund.

Special Orders

For Special Order Engines, Transmissions, and other custom products:

  • Special Orders cannot be refunded due to freight damage alone.

  • Customer must allow TD Motion to remedy the issue through repair, replacement, or carrier claim.

  • Any shipment refused without prior written authorization will be treated as an unauthorized return and is subject to applicable restocking fees, freight charges both ways, and handling costs, with no guarantee of refund.

Unauthorized refused shipments may be returned to the customer at their expense or subject to disposal if unclaimed.

We make every effort to supply you with original parts, when obtainable, at a reasonable price. Items that are obsolete will be the highest quality reproductions that we can supply. If you have any questions, please ask your sales person.

Do not install this Product until you have read and Fully understand the following disclaimer of Liability. The following Disclaimer of Liability sets forth the terms and conditions for the installation and / or use of this product. By installing this product, the buyer acknowledges that they have read and fully understand this disclaimer and accepts its terms and conditions.

Disclaimer of Liability

TD Motion Inc. and their successors, distributors, jobbers and dealers and retailers (Seller) shall in no way be responsible for any direct or indirect or consequential damage resulting from improper installation and / or use of this product. The Buyer / User assumes all responsibility for any waives all liability claims for the use of this product. The Buyer acknowledges that he/she is not relying on the seller’s skill or judgement to select or furnish goods suitable for any particular purpose and that there are no liabilities which remedies or liabilities, expressed or implied, arising by law or otherwise. (Including without any obligations of the Seller with respect to fitness, merchantability and consequential damages) or whether or not occasioned by disclaims any liability for personal injury or damages.  The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the disclaimer and any liability for the personal injury is a material term for this agreement and the buyer agrees to indemnify the purchased. Under no circumstances will the seller be liable for any damages or expenses by reason of use or sale of any such products. The Seller assumes no liability regarding the improper installation , Misuse or misapplication of its products. It is the buyer / or installer’s responsibility to check for proper installation. 


Ford Performance Crate Engine Warranty Policy

Warranty is on parts and craftsmanship. No labor, fluids, or shipping is covered. If for example a gasket is leaking, then another gasket would be provided. In the event of an engine failure, the engine would need to be returned back to be inspected, cause of failure determined, and either warrantied through Ford or denied and be sent back or used as a core return towards a new replacement engine. Buyer is responsible for freight shipping to and from regardless of the outcome. Warranty would not cover issues such as: no coolant or oil in the engine. It also does not cover melting a piston by having a supercharger on the engine and not being it tuned. Documentation of installation is required as well as receipt for proof of purchase from original facility.
