DETAILS:

Hi Performance Oil Pan for 84-06 Jeep Cherokee XJ, Grand Cherokee ZJ, WJ, Wrangler YJ, TJ & Unlimited with 4.0L Engine

• Designed for 1991-2006 Jeep Wranglers, 1987-2001 Jeep Cherokees and 1987-1992 Comanches with 4.0 liter engines
• Features a race proven 3 trap door assembly and removable anti-slosh baffle that keeps oil contained in oil pump pick up area during harshiest off road conditions including steep inclines
• The rear sump of the oil pan extends out on both sides to hold 1.25 more quarts than stock oil pan to reduce oil temperature
• Oil Pan is designed to work with your existing oil pump and pickup tube
• Oil pan retains stock depth to allow fitment of most aftermarket skid plates and to maximize ground clearance
• Constructed from heavy duty 16 gauge steel with a yellow zinc dichromate finish to resist rust and corrosion
• Includes oil sensor bung

INCLUDES:

The three hinged trap door baffles around the pickup screen open and close to limit the movement of oil on steep trails and quick launches and stops. The removable anti slosh top plate provides additional oil containment to reduce oil pump starvation. Includes a drain plug with rare earth magnet at the factory location and the original depth is maintained to allow fitment for aftermarket skid plates and to maximize ground clearance. Works with your existing oil pump and pickup tube and installs using existing fasteners and a standard OE gasket (sold separately). Hand crafted from heavy 16 gauge steel with a yellow zinc dichromate finish to resist corrosion. Add our Hi Volume Oil Pump assembly with pickup tube and screen to make the job complete.
